We provide the expertise you need to seamlessly pull the day together so you can relax and just think about one thing, getting married! Our Wedding Day Management package includes comprehensive consultations, vendor communication and contract review, timeline creation, rehearsal coordination, day-of onsite coordination and more!
Two virtual consultation meetings within the 6 weeks prior to the wedding date
Unlimited communication from contract signing up until the wedding date via email, text, and telephone
Completion of wedding day itinerary to be shared with the couple and vendors prior to the wedding
Coordination and orchestration of the wedding rehearsal
Communication and follow-up with vendors during the month leading up to your wedding to build the itinerary and confirm details
One Wedding Coordinator onsite the day of the wedding based on package selected
On-site coordination and supervision of wedding ceremony and reception in conjunction with the venue and vendors
Vendor management and coordination onsite the day of the event, to include managing the arrival and setup of the venue space by external vendors and venue staff to ensure completion of setup as per contracted services/selections
Distribution of any outstanding payments to vendors
Access to our wedding day emergency kit
Set-up, tear down, and styling of personal décor items
Package options include One Event Coordinator onsite the day of your wedding depending on wedding details and couple needs
We offer hour-based packages to allow our couples to customize the day-of service they are looking for. Feedback and package suggestions during our free initial consultation will be provided
Our commonly booked packages are our 6-hour, 8-hour and 10-hour wedding day management options; additional hours can be added as requested
Pricing for our 6-hour Wedding Day Management package starts at $1400+
Pricing for our 8-hour Wedding Day Management package starts at $1700+
Pricing for our 10-hour Wedding Day Management package starts at $2000+
A travel and parking fee, dependent on venue location(s), will also apply and be calculated based on particulars
An initial payment is required to secure your booking and remaining balance is due prior to your wedding date
Partial Planning
NOT TOO MUCH, JUST ENOUGH
Our Partial Planning service allows for a customized approach to your needs to bring all the final details together. It includes comprehensive consultations to discuss progress, mood board creation, vendor research and selection assistance, and includes our wedding day management package.
Three virtual meetings with the couple to review wedding planning details and vendor information
Unlimited communication from contract signing up until the wedding date via email, text, and telephone
Creation of a mood board to assist with wedding theme and style/colour development and incorporation of personal touches
Recommendations and assistance with tying together florals, décor, stationery, and other wedding details, to bring together the overall vision of your event
Vendor research, recommendations and referrals for three categories of your choice (i.e. photography, florals, decor, etc.)
Vendor selection assistance based on budget, style and personality, including quote review and negotiations
Provide expertise with floor plan creation
Review of all vendor contracts and assistance with monitoring wedding budget and the allocation of funds to each category based on the couple’s priorities
Wedding Day Management package included in Partial Planning service
Package options include One Event Coordinator onsite the day of your wedding for up to 10 hours; additional hours can be added as requested
Pricing for our Partial Planning package starts at $4000+

Our Full Planning service is perfect for busy professionals, or those who just may not have enough time or desire to plan. It includes a comprehensive consultation to discuss your vision, mood board creation, vendor research and selection assistance, attendance to on site vendor meetings, and includes our wedding day management package.

We offer setup and styling services for all your event needs, from florals and décor, to signage and sweet tables, we can arrange it all in the manner you envisioned. Let us take care of all the little details and execute a beautifully curated event.
Setup and styling of couples personal or rented decor and event items as per client’s vision
A virtual meeting with the client to discuss details prior to the event
Dialogue and coordination on site on the day of the event with required vendors
Our Wedding Day Setup and Styling package includes one coordinator onsite for up to 4 hours; pricing starts at $700
We offer a Wedding Day Setup, Styling and Tear Down package starting at $1000
Our stand alone Tear Down Service package starts at $500
Our Special Event Setup and Styling package includes one coordinator onsite for up to 3 hours; pricing starts at $500

CONSULTATIONS AL A CARTE
Let us help you with your specific planning questions and needs in a customized manner. This 2 hour
Consultation appointment will be focused on what you need help with to move you along in the planning process.
DESIGN & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
Assistance with design and theme development is available to allow you to discover what you like and don’t like. With assistance
conceptualizing the details and having an aid to bounce ideas and questions off of, your true vision will come to life.
FLORAL DESIGN
We offer simple floral arrangements and pieces that include table garlands, small bud vase arrangements and
accent pieces. We work with a variety of flowers and have complimentary rental options available.
AFTER HOURS TEARDOWN
Need help cleaning up after your event but don’t want to bug family and friends to do so.
Let us help tear down and organize all your pieces in an efficient manner.
